Share a form online

It is possible to share the form of a table so that it is filled by the people with whom you share it.

Note : this function does not allow you to modify an existing form, but only to create new entries in TimeTonic.

Allow form sharing

To share the form of a table, go to the table options , and click on :

Share the form:

You are asked to create an URL of private share of the form :

You only have to share the URL to people supposed to inform datas to fill the table. 

You can upload a template to change the formatting of the form by clicking or dropping the file at the bottom of the URL window. 

Updating data in Timetonic

You must validate the form by clicking Submit:

The page is reloaded, and a message indicates that the form has been sent.

A new line is automatically created in the Timetonic table, with the information entered:
