It is always convenient to be able to give the right information, to the right person, at the right time. TimeTonic has a number of different tools to improve collaboration between the members of a book.
A common discussion area, but customised alerts
Each book has its own discussion area that allows you to exchange messages, documents or emails with other members of the workspace. Thus, all the data related to a common project are gathered in the same place, and it is possible to exchange on certain subjects in particular.
However, when the activity is intense, too many messages may prevent a smooth reading of the information. Messages addressed to each user should be sorted.
In TimeTonic it is possible to activate different notifications that will appear in this discussion area. These notifications are accompanied by a link that allows you to directly find the information in question.
Even better, it is possible to choose who to notify during certain actions so that the notifications only appear for the members concerned by the line/file in question. Users are therefore not polluted by information that does not concern them.
