Create "my assignments" view

When you manage tasks or interventions and they are assigned to one or more members of your team, it is useful to create a dedicated view so that each user only has access to his or her own assignments. 

To go further: you can create a shortcut to the "my assignments" view in a mirror notebook. This allows you, for example, to group all the technicians in a separate notebook from the source notebook (which often contains administrative information), the latter having access only to their own interventions.
