The book embers column allows you to assign a TimeTonic line to one of the members of the book. Practical if you and your collaborators work on the same basis and you want to automatically assign a task / project.

I share my book with collaborators but I wish that Store only follows prospects "mails".

Process

Start by creating a new column and select Notebook Members as column type:

The column works as a link, allowing you to access the list of book members.

You can allow the entry of one or more collaborators in the same cell.

You can also automatically create the link by checking the "default value" box when configuring the column. The creator of the line will be automatically linked to it.
