TimeTonic gives you the ability to hide your database from your employees while giving them the ability to find information that directly affects them by requiring them to search.
Example
I have here a list of prospects with relatively personal data. So I want to limit its visibility and that my collaborators work only on those who concern them via the obligatory research.
Mandatory Search makes your database "blank":
Only the entry of keywords makes it possible to make appear the desired data (here the company Emporis):
Process
To enable this feature, go to your table. Select the options of the table via the button and then on the drop-down menu, select "activate mandatory search":
Your database is now invisible and only the entry of key-words will make appear the desired data.
