In the same principle as the conditional selection (list of another table), the conditional text is a column whose fields are formatted to receive the entry of a column of a chosen table.

To use this function of TimeTonic in a table, the table must already have a column of type Selection (list of another table)

A column of type Conditional Text (Text of another table) will create a second level of condition. Based on a column of type Selection (list of another table), you will have the choice of an existing column on which rests the column Selection.

Example

In a table, create a column of type Conditional Selection (list from another table):

I select the column of type Selection (list of another table in which I wish to recover information) :

As well as the column that I want to recover the famous text:

In this example, if the post-prod status is set to complete, consider the task as assigned to the Exec team:

Here is what the conditional table looks like :

We observe that the "Completed" status is linked to the "Exec" team. Thus, the feature automatically repatriates the data in the other table.
