TimeTonic now offers you the option to make your columns conditional on the form view.
Do you need a reliable process and leave little room for error? Conditional visibility is made for that. Define criteria to show or not fields to seize. Organize a course depending on the answers you will enter on TimeTonic.
Example
For this tutorial, we start from a CRM with a customer journey. Your advisors follow a script and the client sheet will adapt according to the answers provided by your team.
Here's what it looks like on TimeTonic:
If the client is the target, then the advisor can continue the script, namely : define if the call has been successful. Each "yes" step opens the entry for the next step.
In case a step is "no", the "reason" field appears, allowing the counselor to enter the reason for the refusal or failure. The following steps are therefore not visible.
Here is a video to help you realize the usefulness of the function :
Process
Once your notebook is built, go to the column options :
A drop-down menu appears, select "Conditional Visibility".
A pop up window will appear, allowing you to create your condition. This is where you dictate when the column will appear in the form.
