Would you like to give third parties the opportunity to enter your database directly into TimeTonic without having access to your data? This feature is for you!

 Unlike the online form, which does not allow you to update a line, but only to create one, this feature allows you to request an update from a third party.

Process

Start by creating a new column  and then select the "extern form" type:

A link will automatically be created in the column. This is a link that you will have to share in order to allow third parties to modify the concerned line.

The prospect card is now updated. And this without your tier having access to the database !
