Page editing mode, lets you edit contents of a table directly from card mode. 

To enter page editing mode, go to table options , and click on enter page editing mode :

The icon  appears on the left side of the table to indicate this one is in page editing mode : 

How page editing mode works

It is no more possible to edit datas directly from the active view.

Once you click on a data of the table, the card appears automatically and changes are possible, at the contrary of a safe page editing mode.
