Lock table

You can lock a table so that no one can make changes to it. This makes it possible to limit handling errors. The remaining table can be unlocked if needed.

To lock the current table, go to the table options, and click Lock Table:

The icon , representing a padlock and preceding the name of the table, makes it possible to indicate in a visible way to all the members of the notebook that this table is locked. As a result, editing is not possible on this table until it is unlocked:
