It is possible to manage documents electronically directly in your database. TimeTonic becomes your GED (Electronic Document Management).
Files (contracts, quotes, photos, etc.) are saved directly with their contexts rather than singly in a separate tool.
Note that it is possible to add several times a document with the same name. These files receive a unique name hidden in TimeTonic which allows you to keep multiple versions of the same document even if the name has not been changed.
Double-click on the cell for the options to appear:

There are 5 ways to upload one or more attachments in a cell :
- Drag and drop from the messaging part.
- By clicking the button to download directly from your computer.
- By entering the URL of the attachment (for example the URL of a web image, the link to a dropbox file, one drive or google drive) if you know it, then clicking on .
- By copyi pasting from another TimeTonic cell containing files.
- Copy and paste a URL.
Note: Files are encrypted (encrypted) on server for total confidentiality.
Note: On mobile it is also possible to add photos directly with the camera or to add a drawing or a signature.
Note: you can copy (Ctrl-C) the contents of a cell of type Attachments and paste it (Ctrl-V) into an email for example. This will copy the file's unique TimeTonic URL, and thus allow your contacts to access the contents of the file without first having to download it to a computer and then add it as an attachment to your email.
