A table (or database) is a set of data in tabular form, which you can manipulate a bit like a sheet of an Excel spreadsheet.
A book can contain several tables, for example "Customers" tables, "Contacts", "Business opportunities".
Each table contains rows - also called records - and columns - also called fields.
Each line is thus a record (for example a customer) grouping together all the fields describing this customer (for example Name, Address, Phone, etc.).
You can create links between the tables (of the same book or between several books), for example between Customers and Contacts, a client can have several contacts.
Each table can contain different types of columns (Text, Number, Date, Checkbox, List, Link Between Tables, Attachments, Comments, etc. in all over 20 different types).
Note: Each time you create a new book in TimeTonic, the value table is automatically created.
Note: Do not delete the value table before you create another so that a notebook always includes at least one table.
Different types of views
Table data can be viewed and manipulated in a variety of ways according to its needs: Spreadsheet, Kanban, Calendar, Timeline, Gantt, Map, via the native mobile application, as well as matrix view via PivotTables .
