Sending an SMS from a book

It is possible to send an sms from the book's messaging system.

Send an SMS to all members of the book

If the members of the book have entered their phone number in their TimeTonic profile settings, it is possible to send them an SMS.

Proceed the same way that you would to send a message in your logbook. Only this time choose the SMS notification option :

Note: the box Send also by sms / email to all members is automatically checked, but you have the choice to send an sms only to the people you want (see following paragraphs).

Send an SMS to an internal or external member of the book

Simply add a phone number, as in the example below.

Send an SMS using aliases

You can use any TimeTonic user's alias to send him an SMS from a notebook:
