From a book, click on the Settings icon, at the very top right of your book :

1. Description

Description appears as a title of your book :

You can visualize it as following on the left side of your Homepage : 

Note : the colour of the description text is linked to COLOUR AND COVER PICTURE. 

If the book is part of you favourites, the description will appear as following on your Homepage :

2. Name of the book

The name of the book is not editable anymore. It becomes definitive at the creation of the book. The book ID corresponds to bookname.user :

3. Email adress

Each book has its own email adress.

Colour of a book

Each book is defined by a default colour that you can change :

On the Homepage :

1. The text colour of the book description
2. The bakcground colour of the tile
3. If the book doesn't get a cover picture, the tile will take the default book colour

Email and SMS

Know the exact name of a book

Retrieve the exact name of the book if you need it to send an SMS :

Authorize other book members to send emails/sms

Untick the checkbox if you want to unauthorize  :

Accept incoming messages from non book members

Untick the checkbox if you don't want to receive messages from non book members :

Global display

Include tasks from this book to the global task view

Untick the checkbok if you don't want to include them :

Include messages from this book to the global search
