In a Word document, write the name of the column from which you chose to export the data as follows:
$ {Field_name}
Be careful, the name of the column must have the following characteristics:
- Respect case (upper case, lower case),
- The spaces must be replaced by the symbol _ (underlined),
- The column name must not contain a / (slash), apostrophe, °, or other special characters,
- Be unique, that is, there must not be more than one identical column name.
Note: You can refer to a column in a linked table by adding a period and then the name of one of the columns in the linked table. For example, to access the column "First Name Last Name" of the customer linked to the contract table:
$ {} Customer.FirstName_LastName
Insert this formula into your Word template as much as desired:
Save your template as docx.
Import your model into TimeTonic
From TimeTonic, open the form you want to export and choose the export option represented by a small cloud at the bottom right of the form:
TimeTonic offers to import your own template by clicking on the + button:
Select your template (it will then be pre-registered in this table for the next time):
Your listing is now exported with your template:
