Do you want to create a template for an invoice, quotation or any other administrative document? It couldn't be easier.
In an Excel document, enter in the cell name field, the name of the column from which you have chosen to export datas as following :
The column name must have the following characteristics:
- Do not have any accents.
- Spaces must be replaced by the symbol _ (underscore).
- The column name must not contain a / (slash).
- Be unique, in other words, not have several identical column names.
Save your template in xlsx format.
Import your model into TimeTonic
From TimeTonic, open the file by clicking on the line you want to export and choose the export option represented by a small cloud at the very bottom left of the file:
TimeTonic offers you the possibility to import your own template, by clicking on the "+" button:
It now appears in the list of available models.
Select your template, and click on Ok (it will then be pre-registered in this table for the next time):
Your file is now exported with your template:
